Day 1: Arrival Day
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where we will be waiting to meet you once you have cleared customers and transfer to your accommodation, where you will enjoy a wonderful dinner and a superb night’s rest and relaxation. Tanzania experience safari is your chance to really soak up the atmosphere and recharge the batteries for what lies ahead…

Day 2: Arusha - Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, we pack up and drive south through Arusha to the prehistoric-looking Tarangire National Park in time lunch. You will have the afternoon to spend wildlife viewing, against a landscape dotted with baobab trees and umbrella-thorn acacias, visiting the Silalei Swamp and Tarangire River, famous for some of the largest herds of elephants in Africa. In the dry season, large numbers of animals congregate along the life-giving river that provides the only permanent water for wildlife in the area.
Cameras at the ready as you may see lion, leopard, cheetah, lesser kudu, buffalo, oryx, eland, giraffe, and zebra. In addition to the animal species, the park is famous for its century-old baobab trees and over 300 species of birds.

Day 3: Tarangire - Lake Manyara National Park
After early breakfast you will drive to Lake Manyara National Park. You have the option to visit the culturally-diverse village of Mto wa Mbu set on the banks of the river of the same name, for an in-depth look at tribal life in the African bush; more than 100 different Tanzanian tribes make their homes before check in into Lake Manyara National Park.
Picnic lunch is served at Msasa Picnic site, which has got fabulous views of the lake, followed by wildlife viewing in the park: there are some 350 species of birds in the park. The park also provides sanctuary to gazelle, impala, buffalo, wildebeest, hyena, baboon, giraffe, hippo and the famous tree-climbing lions. Late in the afternoon we drive to lake eyasi and arrive in time for dinner.

Day 4: Lake Eyasi Cultural Tour
After breakfast you will drive to Lake Eyasi for a cultural tour, where you will enjoy the Hadzabe life experience. The Hadzabe are among the few tribes that still embrace and are proud of their tradition, so you will spend your day for cultural tour including having lunch with a local family and sample delicious local food. In the late afternoon you will drive to your lodge for dinner overnight.

Day 5: Exploring Ngorongoro Crater - Central Serengeti
After early breakfast we head off with a packed lunch to Ngorongoro and descend into the crater for an in-depth exploration of this distinctive eco-system. Enjoy abundant wildlife viewing set against this impressive backdrop. This drive provides one of the best opportunities in Africa to view black rhino. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the world’s greatest natural spectacles; its magical setting and abundant wildlife never fail to enthrall visitors.
Another big draw is the dense population of predators, which includes: lions, hyenas, jackals, and the small cats like the rare caracal. Picnic lunch will be served at the crater floor, followed by another game viewing visiting the hippo pool near the Mandusi Swamp, Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner which is one of the main features of the crater, the lerai forest as well as other parts of the crater. In the late afternoon you will enjoy a wildlife viewing drive en route to the Central Serengeti.

Day 6: Exploring Serengeti National Park
We begin the day of wildlife viewing around the Central Serengeti plains in the golden light of dawn looking for special wildlife interactions and photographic opportunities. You will have an opportunity to search for the biggest herds of the great migrations, exploring different areas including: the Retima Hippo pool, Maasai and Sametu kopjes and plains as well as Moru and Gol kopjes.
The Central Serengeti and Seronera river valley is home to a great diversity of wildlife due to its unique ecological niches as a transition zone where two distinctly different habitats, the plain and the woodlands merge and various species of wildlife from both habitats can coexist.

Day 7: Bush flight and departure
Early breakfast at the camp and then leave for Seronera Airstrip with wildlife viewing en-route. You will then catch a domestic flight from Seronera to Arusha. Once in Arusha you will visit at a cultural heritage site for lunch and optional shopping, and then drive to African View Lodge, where you will have use of a day room for a day room to relax than an early dinner before being transferred to Kilimanjaro Airport for your flight home.
